WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY?

Cancellation will be allowed before your package is shipped. We will give you full refund if your package has not shipped out yet.

Once shipped, items are considered sold. However, in the event that your cancellation takes place before your items are shipped, a fee will also be imposed on any handling. The minimum fee that will be charged depends on how much packaging and handling is done. Please contact us quick by emailing at: originalfengshui@outlook.com  However, kindly understand that the sending of your emails to us does not guarantee that the emails have been received or read by us because we do not provide 24 hours email service. Therefore we do not hold responsibility on the cancellation if an order has been shipped, even though your email had been sent out earlier. We will do our best to assist you as fast as possible once we read your email. 

Feng shui involves handling Chi (energy). Therefore, it is our duty to ensure that Feng Shui items purchased by our customers are brand new and have never been used before. Used items may accumulate unwanted energy levels from the previous owners, which could affect the effectiveness of the enhancers or cure.

You may return any products ordered from us within 3 days of receiving your package. All shipping costs incurred on all the shipments are non-refundable. One 35% restocking fee will be applied too. All returned items should be in brand new condition. In addition, if we offer you a discount coupon, we will charge back the discount cost once on your subtotal after the return. Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
